3 QUICK STEPS to installing your SPQBPlugin

1. SIGN-UP for an account with the links to the right

Signing up will enable you to use this plug-in once it's installed. You can use any merchant account, however you will need to be signed up with our gateway to use this plug-in. If your Merchant Account Provider (ISO) is not listed, choose "Other" during the sign-up process and type in your merchant account provider. We'll take it from there and get them added.

2. Download SPQBPlugin.exe from the section at the bottom of this page

Once you have your Customer Information or have signed up, you can download the software and supporting documentation from the links at the bottom of this page. If you have Windows VISTA, there is an extra step with the installation to install QBFC10 if it's not the latest version.
Be sure to read the instructions in step 3.

3. When installing the Plug-in, follow these instructions:
  • 1. Turn off QuickBooks®
  • 2. Double Click the SPQBPlugin.exe
  • 3. Follow the installation instructions
  • 4. Run QuickBooks® "as administrator" 1 time
  • 5. REBOOT your computer.
  • 6.Start QuickBooks® as a normal user
  •  

  • BEFORE you install, be sure:
  • You have "administrator rights" to your computer.
  • You have your merchant account information handy.
  • Your QuickBooks® software runs 100% prior to installation.
  • BACKUP your Company and Customer Information.
  • Have your ISO Key available, if you have one.
  • Read the instructions on this page.

! IMPORTANT ! After installation, please remember to Run QuickBooks® "as administrator" 1 time
then REBOOT your computer before using using QuickBooks® and the Plug-In as a normal user.
