Superior Payments was founded on the thought of providing a central location to access multiple accounts. The developers behind this solution have been working in the e-commerce industry for over 20 years. One thing that was always hard to handle is all of the login location that one needs to keep in mind in the internet industry. We saw this as an opportunity to come together and bring one interface to all your processing needs.

Superior Payments was designed on the aspect of a client having more than one merchant account. Anyone who processes a credit card or a check know this feeling. One may have to login to once credit card account to check his status, then in another screen access another one of his or hers accounts. Now be the accountant trying to reconcile all that needs to be checked.

History

Superior Payments has been around for over 10 years just handling standard credit card processing for select sites. On an average we were handling 60,000 transactions per second. Superior Payments has gone through a major overhaul and now a full systems redesign. This iteration of our software removes Superior Payments from setting up and maintaining any merchant accounts. Our goal is to be the best at what we do Software as a Service (SAAS).

Superior Payments does not compete with the Agent / ISO / MSP channel. We provide the best interface for all of our clients at a low monthly fee. When you enter our corporate office the first thing you notice is our Goal. It is posted on the wall "How can we make their life easier?" Everyday we look for a new change, tweak, or suggestions that can make the clients life just that much easier.

Superior Payments QuickBooks® application was developed to fill a need that was asked for by so many people. We received many requests for a Plug-In that would allow QuickBook® users the ability to charge a credit card, and not have to wait or scan a check and also not have to wait. We have developed a software solution that keeps QuickBooks® in control as you process your payments though your existing gateway. We have taken the ability of having multiple account and combining them into one useful software.

A sample client using our Enterprise version has a main office in Los Angeles, CA, but also has 50 remote locations that each have their own QuickBooks®. The company establishes an account with us and assigns a user to each location. Next, they enroll either their main processing account (MID) or an account (MID) for each of the 50 locations. Since the company administrator has entered their e-mail in the system we email their key information and a copy of the software for download. As a result, each location can start processing in real time and the administrator at the head office can review, online real-time data of all the company-wide processing from one central location.

Superior Payments Merchant Gateway has been designed as an aggregator for existing gateways. Our gateway is an enhanced version of all other gateway systems. The gateways system gives the merchant full control and beyond.

Merchants can control their sales in a multiplitude of ways. A merchant can direct traffic to their account based on volume, percentage, sale amount, risk, location, and many others. Our Gateway is designed so that merchants with their existing agents can both access they system for simple support from their current provider. So you will always be able to call the person that you are used to.
